If you are out today, please be extra cautious of children and stay aware of your surroundings for your safety and the public's safety. We have only three waves today, but the larger peak loads are starting, and many new drivers are coming off nursery routes. For those newer drivers, aim to complete 50 to 80 stops before it forces you on break—this goal will help you maintain a steady pace through the first half of your route. If you feel behind, contact dispatch for a progress graph. Everyone should aim to be back around 9:00. If you encounter any issues on your route, please call dispatch. Additionally, we’ve had a number of broken phone screens over the past two weeks—please remember not to remove the screen protector. A new RGU will be introduced on November 4; a photo is included in this message. We need to stay vigilant as a team—if your route isn’t correct or the pen isn’t in the right spot, report it in (ROUTE ISSUES) so Dispatch can address it promptly.
